Nice spot. Tried the loaded fries, cucumber mule Hamburger and a side salad... Everything was great. Nice patio with a view of the lake. Gotta come by in the evening to check out patio

We started coming to this vet about a month ago. They are incredibly helpful and everyone I interact with has a great attitude. We've done the regular "annual exam," as well as a last-minute appointment because my dog was pretty sick. They are not an emergency hospital but were very kind to fit us in last minute, and gracious about our level of worry. Wow the service is great. Thank you Boat Club Animal Hospital for your incredible work.

Would not recommend this location. Take your pet to the other location to the Little Leaf on Blue Mound instead. The boat club road location refused time-sensitive results for my puppy's infection because the vet we saw was not going to be at work for 2 more days and refused to have another vet share the results, even though we were about to run out of antibiotics and weren't sure if she was adequately being treated on her current regimen. They also withheld the paperwork and would not send it until that vet came in. When I asked if I had a right to paperwork on my own puppy, they said "no" and continued to refuse. TERRIBLE.

We just received toy relocated from St Louis and I needed a vet for my puppy and 10 year old chihuahua. We had an appointment in 06/21/2023 at 11:00 am. We arrived and checked in and waited. There were 6 dogs and 2 cats that checked in after me and were sent back to a room before us. We got to the room at 11:25and waited another 20 minutes for the vet to walk into the room. No apology for the long wait…..nothing until I mentioned that I have been waiting for 45 minutes and then I got “sorry but we are busy”. I get that sometimes they are running late and things happen but give me a heads up so I’m not waiting and slowly getting po’d. we walked out of there at 11:55 and I’m wondering if I should find another vet because obviously Boat Club Road Animal Hospital doesn’t care about their clients or otherwise they would have at least apologized for the long wait.

Dr. Louisa is the BEST! Everyone is always so kind to us. They took good care of our older doggies Ally & Duke the last years of their lives. We know that the health care of our new puppies Eddy & Pappy will be a priority to them as it is to us.

Yesterday I went with my neighbor and her dog lex. First time we have gone here, her dog has a torn ACL. Very expensive surgery, but I'd like to say the lady doctor gave us some good honest advice, we discussed different options. Though we didn't set a surgery date, I would feel very comfortable recommending this business. They were very honest and informative.
